Texwipe supplies a variety of mops and replacement covers designed specifically for use in cleanrooms. The mop heads are replaceable and constructed from 100% knitted polyester to assure low contamination levels, high absorbency and excellent abrasion and chemical resistance. Some Texwipe mops can be sterilised for cleaning and disinfecting aseptic areas.

Texwipe AlphaMop™ Cleanroom Mops - ISO Class 3-7

Large polyester flat mops are ideal for efficient wiping of floors, walls and ceilings in ultraclean production environments. An autoclavable version of the AlphaMop is now available.

• ISO Class 4 cleanroom-laundered polyester mop covers are designed for ultra-low generation of particles and extractables.
• AlphaSat® replacement mop covers utilise the same ultraclean polyester substrate pre-wetted with 6% IPA.

Polyester mop system with low profile, swivel head and telescoping 74 to 135 cm handle is designed to clean small, hard-to-reach areas.

• ISO Class 4 cleanroom-laundered polyester mop covers are designed for ultra-low generation of particles and extractables.
