In all the years I’ve been using BACS the last cleans have by far been the most exceptional. The team arrived with a full understanding of working within the DC environment, they were prepared and motivated working without incident, barely a question as far as I recall. The new site had not been cleaned for years by the previous management, so the team had their work cut out for them, you wouldn’t know it by the end of the day. They left the site looking amazing. Hi Bob, I just thought that I would let you know that I have been dealing with Darin in your Products / customer service Department. I have been looking for a wipe that was supplied with our new Laminating Machine from the UK. Darin was extremely helpful in my quest to find a similar product that I could source here in Australia. Darin took the time and effort to Email me the information of what he believed would be a match, to the product that I was looking for. Darin then took the time to send me a sample of that product, just to make sure that I was happy with the product that he had selected. The product I received was an exact match with the wipe that I had here, and am extremely thankful for his time an effort to help me in this matter. I have since ordered 4 packs of that product. Its very rare these days to get Customer service such as that and I commend Darin on his work ethic.

I’d just like to pass on a message about some excellent customer service which Darin Abraham has provided for an order for some spare BACS vacuum parts. We needed to get the parts quickly for site on Barrow Island, and Darin was able to arrange a special delivery from the US. Our third party supplier for the parts let things slip on a number of occasions throughout this order, but Darin exceeded all expectations and kept us in the loop so we were able to follow up the supplier to keep the order on track. Darin has been truly amazing with his help for our order.

PS: For the new people this is the regular cleaning we do for the Computer Room. Its also a chance to have a good clean up of the room! So if we can move some of the stuff on the floor in there would be good. BACS are very good at being careful not to disturb anything so that’s why we only really trust them to do it!

Just a quick email to give you a quick feedback for this quarterly Clean up scheduled for our Data Centre that was completed today by your service person - Michael Frisby.

I was the IT team member that assisted Mr. Frisby with the access to our datacentre so he can perform the quarterly clean up. I want to let you know that I couldn't believe how well and methodical Michael did this job for us. Every inch of our datacentre was cleaned, vacuumed and washed and finally a mop. Our racks were cleaned and vacuumed from top to bottom then wiped after that. All VESDA boxes and A/C tops where cleaned and wiped as well.

I was very impressed with the care and the attention to details and the great job that Michael performed in our datacentre today. Thank him on our behalf. Best Regards

"Produce a result that is second to none..."

In the Construction industry I have used many different cleaning organisations with varied results. Once we have completed a build the most important part is having the new space presentable to the client, not only should the visible surfaces be cleaned and dust/debris free but the entire space should be spotless and provide a sense cleanliness.

BACS is the only cleaning organisation that, I believe, comprehended the requirements and produce a result that is second to none. The current project we are building includes many speciality laboratories, although technically these labs are not clean rooms the equipment within them requires an almost dust free environment. BACS conducted a cleanroom clean and the results are outstanding, not only are the rooms spotless but the sensitive equipment is impressively dust free (even an a Nano particle scale). The quality of the cleaning is second to none, I will continue to use BACS services for the cleaning requirements of all my future construction projects. BACS is second to none when it comes to specialised cleaning services.
